SpinSlayer — Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 23, 2026 · Developer: Dogukan Atlihan

The short version

SpinSlayer has no accounts and no servers of its own. Most game progress (chips, upgrades, unlocks, and settings) is stored only on your device. If you use Game Center, scores and achievements are also submitted to Apple as described below. Deleting the app removes the on-device copy but does not automatically erase records already processed by third parties.

Data handled by third-party services

The iOS app integrates the following services, which process limited data on their own infrastructure:

What we do not collect

Analytics choice

Analytics is disabled until you explicitly opt in. Global Privacy Control overrides a stored opt-in and keeps analytics off. Browsers sending Do Not Track also remain off unless you explicitly opt in. You can change analytics at any time in the app's Settings. For the web demo, use these controls:

Tracking permission

On first launch the app may ask for iOS tracking permission so an advertising identifier can be used for personalized advertising and ad-performance measurement. You can decline, or change your choice anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Regional consent choices also determine whether Google permits an ad request. The game is fully playable either way.

Data retention and deletion

Deleting SpinSlayer removes its on-device game data. Analytics records sent after opt-in and data held by PostHog, Apple, Google, or RevenueCat follow those providers' retention policies; contact us at the address below for help with a privacy or deletion request. Ad-related identifiers can be reset in iOS Settings.

Children

SpinSlayer is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
